This website is intended for individuals who are interested in purchasing products
for the purpose
of resale. Only buyers will have access to the site and view
products. All prices are wholesale.
We will never share any information that has been provided to us by our clients
to a third party.
The only information shared to a third party will be for credit
reference purposes only at the
approval of the client.
To view products online, please register online by completing all the requested information.
Registration approval may
take up to 5 business days and login information will be send by return email.
To visit our showroom, please bring proof of business and an account will be setup for you.
Our products can be purchased by visiting our showroom located in Toronto,
visiting us at the trade
show or by placing an order. Products can be Cash&Carry
from the Showroom. Orders can be placed
by using the online shopping cart, email
or fax. We no longer take phone orders. Our minimum order is
$150 CAD per order
in Canada and $300 CAD per order internationally.
- To order by using the online shopping cart:
1.Please register your company online.
2.Once your account has been approved, you will be able to view all
products and can be informed of new products and events.
To order by using email or fax:
1.On each order form please provide your company name, address, contact
name and phone number.
2.On each order form please include item code and quantity. Also colour
and size if applicable.
We can have almost anything made. If you require a special or certain piece
of jewellery, with a large
quantity we will glad fully produce it for you. A
deposit may be required.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, business cheque, interact and bank wire.
We ship using Canada Post Express (insured) and charge $10-$20
for most orders within
Canada. Weight and size of the package determines the
cost of shipping and can only be determined
once the order is finalized. Products
can also be shipped by Canada Post Priority, UPS and Fedex at
an additional charge.
We also ship internationally. Please check the courier's website for approximate
Custom border fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please
ensure you are aware of all border
fees before placing the order.
Exchange or credit will be issued to merchandise that has visible manufacture
defect and is reported
in writing within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.
Date of receiving the shipment is
determined by delivery date of courier for
orders or date of sale at show room location. Merchandise
must be returned in
its original condition and packaging to receive replacement or credit. All other
returns will not be accepted or be accepted with a 10% restock fee.
